Ronto Wrap Recipe

This Ronto Wrap is a dead-on copycat recipe from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that is packed with flavors that are out of this world! You will be transported to the heart of Batuu without even leaving your own home.

What is a Ronto Wrap?

A Ronto Wrap is one of the most popular menu items at the Disney Parks. It can be found at the Ronto Roasters quick-service restaurant at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World (Disney’s Hollywood Studios). Ronto wraps are a gyro-style entree made with pork sausage and sliced pork in a soft pita and topped with tangy slaw, and a creamy peppercorn dressing. If you haven’t tried it yet, it is a MUST on your next Disney vacation. In the meantime, you can make your own using our easy copycat recipe below!

Ingredients

1 large tortilla wrap
4 ounces of thinly sliced smoked turkey
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Method Instructions
  1. Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. In the center of the wrap, layer the smoked turkey and Swiss cheese.
  3. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the turkey and cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the ingredients on the wrap.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  7. Optionally, you can grill the wrap on a panini press or in a skillet for a warm and crispy texture.
  8. Slice the Toronto wrap in half diagonally and serve.
